Why I’m a creative London based wedding planner
It’s your wedding day and you’re ready to marry the love of your life. Surrounded by friends and family, you’re so excited for the day to unfold. The venue is looking even better than you had imagined. Decked out with creative décor and stylish little touches that tell your story. Everything is taken care of, and you just relax, giving in to the joy of the moment…
I’d love it if you felt like this on your wedding day.
But the truth is, right now, you’re juggling work, a busy life, and all the expectation that your wedding day will be the best day ever.
The thing is, with so much pressure, you will get stressed. You will argue over whether Aunt Maria should be sat next to cousin Emma, and you will lose sight of why you’re doing this whole wedding thing in the first place.
And honestly, it’s not surprising. How do you tackle something so big?
I can help you.
I’ve been designing, planning and producing creative weddings in London and the South East for 7 years. I can help you overcome lack of time, geographical logistics and the pesky ‘where do I even start’ syndrome.
And you know what?
Being able to reduce your stress, ease your worries, and have fun together along the way, is why I’m a planner. It’s my nature to care for others and I get a real kick out of it.
From wardrobes to weddings…
Before I became a London based wedding planner, I did theatre and costume design for film and TV. You’ve got to be a unique combination of pragmatic and creative in that industry, which is why it was a natural step to move into weddings.
And as my family and friends will tell you, I genuinely care about providing support and help whenever I can. I want to calm your nerves, take your stress away and see you enjoy your engagement, as well as the day itself.
I’ve worked on a huge variety of weddings. No two are ever the same, just like the lovely couples I’ve got to know along the way.
From country houses, to tipis in a field, and multi-cultural celebrations, to gatherings that bring together family from overseas- the one thread that ties them together is that each wedding has been all about the couple.
I don’t have a fixed style and I make recommendations that work for your needs, not mine.
I joined the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners in 2009 because they champion integrity and professionalism and these values are at the heart of what I do.
My services are tailored to suit you, I’m flexible in how I work. With me by your side, you get a super-organised, down to earth, creative thinker, who’ll guide you through the process and be as hands-on as you need.
Plus, I guarantee to make the most of the fun bits.

Get in touch today and tell me what you need help with. I’m really good at talking things through and I promise you’ll feel better afterwards!
5 things only my closest friends know about me:
I love baking at home, but I could never be a professional cake maker because I’d eat the batter before it made it to the oven.
I’m 4’11” and my husband is 6’3”. A mini stepladder is an essential part of our marriage- and my daily life come to mention it. Every morning we have a big family hug on the steps, with our son on the step between us.
I love to read and my tattered copy of The Time Traveller’s Wife is one of my dearest possessions. Some stories just become part of your life.
I absolutely love good design and timeless style, but don’t care about fashions that come and go.
Buy me a thick vanilla milkshake and I’m yours forever.
