Claire lives in the US, to hear her speak you’d think she was a native but every so often a little twang of her Newcastle accent comes out and you remember that she was born in UK where her family still live. Family being really important to her and the presence of her grans at her wedding played a major part in her and Jason deciding they would marry in the UK. They chose the grand Farnham Castle as they knew the history and romance of marrying in a castle would appeal to their US guests too.
As much as they loved Farnham Castle they were worried it might be too imposing and wanted to use lots of flowers and greenery to soften the spaces. With an abundance of fabulous flowers provided by Jay Archer, Claire’s vision of rustic romance was truly captured for her Farnham Castle wedding.
Claire’s pretty modern stationery was from Wedding Paper Divas in the US
Drinks and canapes were provided on the lawns of Farnham Castle; in-house caterers Galloping Gourmet provided all the delicious food.
Delicious buttercream wedding cake and fairy cakes were by Unique Cakes by Yevnig. 21st Century Riot kept the party going after dinner.
…and as the night grew to a close Claire and Jason had a light-up balloon send off from their Farnham Castle wedding in Surrey!
