Last April I worked with the lovely Val and Dave from New York to plan their spring wedding in the UK. The ceremony took place at the stunning Church of the Immaculate Conception in Mayfair, London, followed by the wedding reception at Great Fosters in Surrey. Beautiful photos of their wedding on the day were taken by Olivia Leigh, who flew in from Chicago the day before to capture the wedding.
Val wore a beautiful Monique Lhuillier wedding dress that she had customised to create the key hole back and her bridesmaids were in pretty J Crew dresses sourced the US.
Following the ceremony guests were transported back to Surrey in a red London bus which all the US guests loved. As a treat for the journey all the guests received a food bag of traditional English chocolates and crisps with mini cans of Pimm’s and Gin & Tonic.
