Planning a wedding can be tricky. There are so many expectations on a couple to have your wedding day a certain way.
My advice is take a trick out of Marie Kondo’s book “The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up”
When you’re thinking about your wedding planning and planning the various elements, ask yourself “what joy is it bringing for you?”
As you’re going through the wedding planning process, if there’s something you’re not sure about, do you want to do one thing one way or another? Do I really want this as part of my day?
Sit down and ask yourself are you doing this because you want to do it, because it will bring you joy and you’ll appreciate it or are you just doing it because you’re feeling obliged, because it’s expected of you? If yes, it will bring joy then you’ll want to include it in all your plans. If it’s not going to bring you joy then don’t do it, scrap that idea!
A wedding should be all about love and joy, happiness and fun! So should the wedding planning.
