When Rose and Scott started planning their wedding, they knew they’d need some expert help – not only were they juggling busy careers, but they were also preparing for an international move! With so much to organise, they wanted the process to feel as smooth and stress-free as possible. Luckily, their venue search was a quick one. As soon as they visited Syon Park, they fell in love, and the planning for their summer wedding at Syon House and the Great Conservatory began.

Syon Park – A breathtaking London wedding venue
Syon House is both grand and welcoming, a true gem among London’s country estates. It’s one of the few privately owned estates in the city, and its rich history, stunning interiors, and picturesque grounds make it a dream setting for a wedding.
Couples have the option of holding their ceremony in either the magnificent Great Hall or the intimate State Dining Room. The grandeur of the venue, combined with its romantic charm, makes it the perfect backdrop for a truly unforgettable day. From the moment guests arrived, they were captivated by the beauty of Syon Park—it was the perfect setting for Rose and Scott’s celebration.

A dreamy summer wedding at Syon Park
Rose and Scott had planned for a close friend to officiate their ceremony, but a last-minute illness left them without an officiant just a week before the big day. Of course, I always believe there’s a solution to every challenge, so I stepped in to compose and lead the ceremony on the big day, taking on the role as their celebrant as well as their wedding planner. It was an absolute honour to play such a meaningful role in their wedding, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

They exchanged their vows in the Great Hall, a space bathed in natural light and filled with breathtaking sculptures and intricate details. To make the most of this stunning location, we planned multiple portrait sessions throughout the day, capturing moments against the historic interiors, lush gardens, and architectural beauty of the Great Conservatory. The results? Pure magic!
An Elegant Wedding Reception in the Great Conservatory
One of the best things about the Great Conservatory is that it barely needs any embellishment—it’s effortlessly beautiful. To complement its charm, we designed an elegant palette of blush pinks and fresh greens, creating a look that was both sophisticated and romantic.

Modern touches like ghost chairs and contemporary calligraphy blended seamlessly with delicate pink florals, taper candles, and gold accents in the cutlery and candlesticks. The result was a timelessly chic setting that felt effortlessly stylish without being overdone.
As the evening unfolded, the atmosphere was nothing short of magical. Guests were completely swept up in the joy of the occasion, and as the celebrations continued well into the night, it was clear that no one wanted it to end!
